Frequently Asked Questions
What style of photography do you specialize in?
My style of photography is true to life and timeless. All delivered images are carefully edited in my style seen on my website and Instagram. I do light retouching but keep things natural and true to life.
How do I book a session?
The best way to book a session is t fill out the inquiry form under the Contact tab. You can also reach out via email or DM on Instagram.
Do you require a deposit/retainer?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to book your session date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the session date.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens! If you cannot make it to your session, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance if possible. I will do my best to accommodate a new date. Retainers are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to a new session if rescheduled within a set time frame.
What if I am running late?
Arriving on time, if not a few minutes early, allows us to take advantage of the best light. If you are late, we'll do our best within the time remaining in your session.
What if it rains or the weather does not cooperate on my scheduled session date?
As a natural light photographer I do most of my sessions outside. But of course we can’t control the weather! If it rains or if there is a high chance of rain on your scheduled session date & time the session can be rescheduled to my next available date.
Do your offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available and make a thoughtful present for your loved one.
Can I include my pet in my session?
Although they are so loved, pets are not allowed in any of my sessions at this time.
Who chooses the location?
I have a list of favorite spots with great light and scenery, but I am always open to hearing your ideas if you have a meaningful location in mind.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Galleries are delivered in 2-4 weeks, depending on the session.
How will I receive my images?
You will receive an email with a link to your online galley. From there, you can download your photos, share the link with friends & family or social media.
How long do I have access to my gallery?
Your gallery link will expire two weeks from the delivery date. Please ensure to not just download but also save and back up your images!
Do you offer album or print services?
I do not offer album or print services at this time, but you can print your images for personal use at your preferred print lab.
Do you offer sessions outside of Phoenix Metropolitan Area?
Yes! I am based in Phoenix but do offer custom sessions that could be tailored to meet what you envision. Please fill out the inquiry form and tell me the details.
Do you offer themed or holiday photography?
While I love celebrating life’s seasons and do offer spring and fall sessions, I do not photograph holiday-themed sessions, or heavily styled setups. My goal is to create timeless images — ones that will still feel beautiful and meaningful for years to come.
